Discuss the chosen material, thickness, edges, joints, sink and hob details, access and support before ordering. Ask for an itemised quotation covering the agreed scope of fabrication, delivery and fitting.
Performance varies by product. Use chopping boards and trivets, follow the manufacturer’s care instructions and ask whether sealing is appropriate for the selected natural stone. Sealing does not prevent acid etching in marble. Resistance does not mean a surface is immune to heat, stains, scratches or impact.
